This passion stems from my belief that when women come together to uplift and support each other, we create a stronger, more vibrant community. Research highlighted in the Harvard Business Review emphasizes the powerful impact of women supporting each other at work, noting that such support can lead to increased confidence, career advancement, and overall job satisfaction.
There are numerous local organizations that embody this spirit of women empowering women. One such organization is the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation, which invests in opportunity and equality for women and girls in our state through research, education, advocacy, and grant-making.
